What is Dreamwork?

1

Outside the Box

Dreams are obtuse, and roadmaps aren’t included! Dream dictionaries are limiting…they don’t know YOU! Paying attention to small details can help piece together the bigger picture. Once you begin to notice these details, you can view your dream symbols from new, unique angles in order to gain clearer insights.

2

The Waking World

What’s going on in your waking life? Identifying key emotions in the dream and waking life will help you build a bridge between those worlds. One goal of dreamwork is to see and feel out what other aspects of the dream create sparks of resonance.

3

Heal Thyself

Dreams are always guiding you to your highest self; your subconscious urges you to rise up to the challenge of healing parts of yourself that have been ignored. Through dreamwork, you consciously move toward deeper, inner healing.

4

Sleep, Dreams, Action!

When you figure out where and what to heal, then what? There may be an action to take in waking life! Communication, starting or completing a task, clearing out something old are just a few possible examples. Once you take an action, you may have a breakthrough! You're also making room for new dreams to enter and flourish.

5

Initiate Deeper Dreaming

Perhaps you struggle to remember your dreams, or lack more meaningful dreams. There are many tips and tricks on how to train your subconscious to offer up more dreams-more importantly, helpful dreams that allow you to problem solve.

6

Intuition

Sometimes we get tangled up in powerful emotions in a dream. When you can detach from those emotions, and look at your dream objectively, you create more room to tune into your true, inner gut feelings and the messages behind them.
