I reached out to Carla for insight in a truly confusing dream and for a fresh perspective other than my own-she listened respectfully without judgement and asked for details or clarification throughout the dream description-I felt heard and acknowledged from the start of our private session. My dream was about being shut down-unable to tell my side of a narrative -this wasn’t something I could have discerned from the dream but made perfect sense! She skillfully discerned an action was needed on my part to be seen and heard to help others who have been or are where I am-my dream was showing me that I can help others by sharing my past and present from my position and view. Powerful. One word – powerful, is what this dreamwork is. It’s not a simple textbook analysis, it’s a custom guided exploration of your inner soul and the connection to daily life. Your subconscious is more powerful and knowing than you can imagine. Being able to tap into and reveal that wisdom is priceless. Carla and I are partners and have always had an interest in dreaming. Yet this course in dreamwork took her eons beyond anything I’d imagined! I was one of her practice clients. Toward the end of her course work I was having dreams many times more profound and accessible than ever before because of what I was learning about myself with her guidance. By the end of the course, I tearfully thanked the instructor and her classmates for transferring a gift so powerful to her and anyone she helps in the future. That feeling related to a dream I’d had two nights before that at first seemed ordinary, only to find within a message that rocked me to the core. In my own case that was about asking for a message from someone close to me who had passed on. The resulting dream didn’t seem to fit until Carla had me look more deeply at the cues within. As with almost every deep dream she’s helped me analyze, when the pieces fell into place tears also immediately began to fall. The power of a deep realization just rocks you in a way you can’t explain. It’s experiential. I got the message I asked for and more, much more. There was even music in the dream that played over and over, a song I hardly knew. The lyrics, unknown to me before the dream, fit perfectly into what I was asking for. The scenes, the characters… everything fit perfectly into place! I’d never have recognized it if it weren’t for Carla’s guidance and questions for me. She just has a way of getting deep inside and connecting you with a wisdom we’re all connected to and capable of. And even as I write this review more than a year after that event I’m again powerfully moved to tears. Having the ability to be guided into connection with your subconscious is… priceless!
